What are the benefits of Fit 4 Life Dance

The benefits include calorie burning, lowered body fat and better muscle tone, improved balance and coordination, lower blood pressure, increased bone density and core strength and an improved mood.

What happens at a class?

Each class is taught by me, moves should be followed as if you are looking into a mirror but there is no ‘left’ or ‘right’ in so it really doesn’t matter which way you go!  Every class is carefully planned to ensure everyone gets a safe, effective and fun Zumba Gold® workout.  We always start with a structured warm-up to mobilise the joints, raise the body temperature and get the blood pumping. The main section usually includes eight tracks of uplifting low impact routines covering a wide variety of dance styles.  To ensure we have no aches and pains the following day we always finish with a cool down and stretch out those hard working muscles.
